Three users of the Blockchain.com service who have contacted topplabs.org cannot withdraw more than 35 million rubles in bitcoins. The funds were sent to an interest account at 3.5% per annum.

When trying to withdraw accrued interest from two accounts, the service requested documents confirming the origin of the cryptocurrency. After all the necessary information was provided, the accounts were blocked under the pretext of hacking. Users are encouraged to create new wallets in order to transfer funds to them. Funds from another account are being withdrawn for a month.

topplabs.org has sent a request to Blockchain.com but has not received a response yet.

The company announced support for cryptocurrency interest accounts in May 2020. Any funds deposited into an interest account generate income at a compound interest rate.

In March of this year, most of the users of the service could not access their cryptocurrency due to a failure. The cause of the failure was blamed on a fire in one of the Blockchain.com data centers.
